Vidyashree’s core areas of practice are real estate, HR & regulatory governance and private clients. She specializes in overseeing the title due-diligence, advisory on leave & license and lease arrangements for commercial spaces, and advisory on Human Resource governance framework for business operations in India. She also advises private clients in private fund management and trust formations. Her clientele largely involves real estate entities and educational institutions.

With her vast expertise of close to two decades, Vidyashree spearheads the training programme of the legal interns and trainees of the Firm. Being an enthusiastic learner, she constantly strives to combine an effective learning structure into operative solutions at practical levels in addressing business requirements within regulatory contours.

She is also a Member of Karnataka Bar Council.
